A firm’s finance activities are managed by either the Vice President or the Chief Finance Officer. Reporting to them are the Treasurer and the Controller. The treasurer handles the cash flows, captial expenditure and financial plans. The controller handles accounting functions (taxes, cost and financial accounting) and information systems.
